When focusing on the younger segment of the target group, monitors the consumer’s perception and conversations about brand and products across digital platforms and, leads media innovation for the brand.- Works closely with the Brand Manager, other country brand specialists and International HQ to align plans, share updates on the evolving digital media landscape in India, share insights learnings on the plans executed.Instigates and participates in creative sessions to develop storytelling tactics which are relevant and deployable for the digital and social media platform. Also, to assess best practice case studies from within the Red Bull world outside.Always has the “consumer” and “brand” eye in every single project/campaign/always on and ensures we talk to the consumer in the most effective and efficient way across the spectrum of digital, social media platforms and now e-commerce channels, while ensuring that all the communication stays within brand equity guidelines.- Can translate brands goals into relevant digital consumer metrics to optimize, develop and implement the ideal digital advertising plan. Ensure international and local learnings and the right country-specific level of digital and social components. Ensures efficiencies in advertising through analysis, A/B testing, innovations and constant campaign reviews on our digital platforms & on e-commerce. Identify trends & insights, and optimize spend and performance based on specific insightsMeasure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)Works closely with the digital content team to amplify the impact of advertising on owned, earned and paid media channels. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages, user navigation and optimize user experienceManage planning (campaign structuring, targeting, networks, platforms, placements, ad formats) and buying for both large-scale and weekly tactical campaign execution across Display, Search, Video and SocialConstantly update themselves and the team on the latest trends and best practices within the digital ad tech environment, across performance marketing and measurementPartner with key social media platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat and Twitter, as well as seek out and develop new and emerging platforms that can help grow consumer baseFind fast, efficient, creative and cost effective ways to explore the multiple dimensions of social media marketing, content marketing, test new opportunities, and deliver them successfullyWork with vendors, publishers, platforms (directly and indirectly) with the goal to find fast, creative and efficient ways to build, execute and measure innovative social media and content marketing plans that connect with customers, maximize engagement and create sharing and mind share- Supports the marketing team in developing and implementing the annual business planEnsures proper project and budget tracking and stays within the agreed budget- Supports the Brand Manager with guiding media agencies to ensure correct contractual set-up and strong working relationships to deliver world class output. Annually reviews media planning and buying with the agency and international together with the Brand Manager - Lead the development and direct the implementation of a wide range of content forms, including video, text, still imagery, live action, content distribution and other content forms that best utilize the technology available on any given social media/digital platformOwn the content development relationships with Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat, influencer, bloggers, affiliate marketing and other primary/key partnershipsIn alignment with both the International Brand Team as well as the local Marketing/Communications Team in order to make sure that relevant trends are integrated into Red Bull (country) strategy, followed by its execution.# 3-4 years of exprience referably, in a reputed digital brand/digital media agency with specific background in executing digital media plansRecognized Graduation Course in Marketing / Brand Management/ CommunicationsEnglish
