Designation: Digital Marketing Specialist
Responsibilities:
Design and implement social media marketing to align with business goals
Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (original text, photos, videos, and news)
Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
Maintain and optimize Adwords & Facebook campaigns
Hands on experience in WordPress Management
Taking care of website security, Website Backup
Updating the plugins, core WordPress, Theme and PhP
Creating Posts, Optimizing blog posts, Basic editing of images (for blogs)
Uploading recent projects to the Portfolio Gallery Knowledge of CSS and HTML
Implementation of GTM Tag Management in Website Migration (when required)
Co-ordinating with graphic designer
Co-ordinating with video director
Co-ordinating with content writer
Collaborate with other team members to ensure brand consistency
Proactively communicate with followers, respond to queries promptly and monitor customer reviews
Oversee social media accounts design (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter)
Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
Analyse competitor brands and suggest creative ways to attract more customers and promote marketing content
Report to executives on key operating metrics and results.
Plan, manage, and execute PPC campaigns, conduct keyword research and create lists of targeted search terms that are relevant to our website and business.
Establishing bidding strategies based on business goals, targets and budgets.
Working with sales department to develop pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share while balancing customer satisfaction.
Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)
Skills and Experience:
Minimum 3 years experience in managing a social media account especially Adwords and Facebook
Hands on experience in content management
Solid knowledge of wordpress, web analytics and Google Adwords
Experience with CRM software especially HubSpot.
Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
Analytical mind and attention to detail.
Excellent copywriting skills
Excellent communication skills
Analytical and multitasking skills
Able to work under pressure and adhere deadlines
Understands various social media platforms
Familiarity with email marketing systems
Will challenge the status quo, not afraid to make innovative recommendations and suggestion
Location: Bangalore Salary: 3-4 lakhs/ annum max
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years experience in similar role is mandatory
