Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist at BharatGo, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and generate leads for our platform. We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques, who can leverage their expertise to deliver impactful results.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand visibility, increase website traffic, and acquire new customers.
• Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to identify target audience segments and optimize marketing campaigns accordingly.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including social media advertising, search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, and remarketing.
• Create compelling and engaging content for digital channels, including website, social media, blogs, email newsletters, and more.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing efforts and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Implement search engine optimization (SEO) techniques to improve organic search rankings and increase website visibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and development, to ensure consistent brand messaging and seamless user experience across digital platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
• Experience managing paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
