What you would be doing:
• Building and executing social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking
• Maintaining social networking channels such as Instagram, and Facebook and adding our presence on other channels
• Responsible for daily posts/stories to all applicable social media channels with continuous engagement monitoring
• Generating new content ideas and driving content marketing initiatives to drive more traffic and engagement on the website and social media channels
• Devising campaigns to drive online traffic to the company website
• Maximize campaign ROI via split testing on ad copies to help optimize copy, creative and audience targeting
• Utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, SEO, PPC and paid social marketing
• Track site performance and develop new processes to improve SEO traffic
• Preparing reports on performance on individual campaigns along with other teams
• Responsible for devising email and SMS marketing campaigns along with implementation and tracking performance
What you bring:
• Min 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and a strong vision of the future of online travel platform
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a good eye for design
• Demonstrable leadership and decision-making skills
• Good with data and attention to detail
