Job Description for Digital Marketing Specialist : Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for overall responsibility on building a new brand with business results. This is a permanent, on roll opportunity.
Location: Delhi-NCR, Work from Office, 6 days/ week, +.30am to 6.30pm with lunch and convenience break for an hour.
Qualifications: Graduate with 4-5 years of experience, preferably with an Edtech company. The candidate should have excellent communication and persuasion skills. MBA with specialization in Marketing desirable.
Compensation: Rs 5Lacs – Rs 8.0 lacs per annum which includes incentives. Incentives are driven by achieving the monthly targets in coordination with Sales team.

Business relates to running campaigns that produce effective leads through paid campaigns. Technology relates to knowledge of different platforms suitable for business so that the ROI is best. Experience or domain knowledge of Edtech relates to knowledge on customer profiles so that the brand is built effectively around the target segment. Some of the salient aspects of this job would be: 1. Creating social media presence for myDiksha. 2. Building the brand to augment the organic leads for business. 3. SEO. 4. Paid marketing campaigns for best ROI. 5. Working with Sales Executives to achieve monthly targets. 6. Working with technology team to improve website elements for better results on organic leads.
