Job Description:
Position: Digital Marketing Specialist
Location: Tower-B, Westgate, NR. YMCA club, SG highway, Ahmedabad - 380015

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote our home products across various online channels.
• Manage all aspects of digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, social media ads, and display advertising, to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our website.
• Utilize SEO techniques to optimize website content and improve organic search rankings, increasing visibility and driving organic traffic.
• Analyze digital marketing metrics and KPIs to assess campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging multimedia content, including videos, graphics, and blog posts, that align with our brand and resonate with our target audience.
• Oversee social media presence and engagement on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest, fostering community growth and driving customer engagement.
• Manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, and performance tracking, to nurture leads, promote products, and drive conversions.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, making recommendations for innovative strategies and tactics to stay ahead of the competition.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals.
• Monitor and manage the digital marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize results and achieve objectives.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience 5 - 10 yrs) in digital marketing, with a focus on e-commerce or consumer products.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and others, with a track record of successful campaign management.
• Proficiency in SEO techniques and tools, such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Moz, to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and storytelling, able to develop compelling content that resonates with the target audience.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo) is a plus
