Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for implementing social media marketing strategies, conducting digital marketing campaigns, analyzing web analytics, and managing online marketing activities. The role will require excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Role and Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and drive results.
2. Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, social media, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, content marketing, and display advertising. 3. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation to identify target audiences and refine digital marketing strategies accordingly.
4. Create engaging and compelling content for digital marketing campaigns including website copy, blog posts, social media content, email newsletters, and advertisements.
5. Manage and optimize the company's website and landing pages for SEO and user experience (UX), ensuring maximum visibility and conversion rates.
6. Analyse campaign performance, track key metrics, and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
7. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as product management and sales teams, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals and promotional activities.
8. Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners involved in digital marketing initiatives.
9. Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries on digital platforms to maintain a positive brand image and ensure excellent customer experience.
Preferred Skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and present information effectively. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, derive insights and optimize campaigns accordingly. • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as marketing automation software, social media management tools, and content management systems. • Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor's degree in computer science or Equivalent or a Practical Lead Experience in the similar field. • Proven experience 5+ years in digital marketing, including experience with digital campaigns, SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing. • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques. • Strong understanding of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and proficiency in data analysis.
