Main Purpose: To contribute to the recruitment of suitable trainees and sponsoring companies to MIT skills.
Digital Marketing Officer Key Roles & Responsibilities:
• Contribute to the marketing of MITSKILLS Ltd programmes to the careers services, schools, employer companies and prospective learners including taking the lead on events for recruitment.
• Contribute to the selection and placement of applicants on the MIT skills using established procedures, taking into account the applicants’ needs and geographical requirements and to manage and ensure the CRM system holds accurate data.
• Maintain Social Media and MIT Skills Website ensuring they remain current with daily updates as required. To provide monitoring reports on a weekly basis.
• To maintain and ensure the Apprenticeship Portal remains with a status of Green and to update the portal as required with accurate course information at all times.
• Prepare and Attend Career Events and report data outcomes.
• Maintain / Edit website.
• Prepare/ maintain course prospectus.
• Ensure the Learner and Employer Voice process is fully adhered ensuring the collection of data and publication of the same in a timely manner.
• Attend training courses as required.
• Ensure all activities carried out conform to MIT skills, policies, procedures and agreements, in particular policies on the provision of equal opportunities and health & safety.

Digital Marketing Officer Essential Skills and experience:
• Enthusiastic and highly motivated, flexible person.
• A self-starter with strong organisational skills.
• Well-developed inter-personal skills.
• Well-developed communication skills.
• Good administration skills and attention to detail. Computer literate.
• Good IT skills to facilitate reporting mechanisms.
Digital Marketing Officer Desirable skills and experience:
• Knowledge of government funded training provision and delivery of work based learning in particular.
• Able to work at senior levels with private and public organisations.
• Working knowledge of the principles of marketing and recruitment
