Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist
Job Location: Ahmedabad
Job Type: Full-time (On-Site)
Job Timings: Flexible (4am to 7am) and + hours total.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Marketing and Social Media Strategist to join our dynamic marketing team. This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
Role & Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns that promote our company and products/services.
• Optimize content for the website and social networking channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google Plus, etc.
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
• Manage and oversee social media content.
• Measure the success of every social media campaign.
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing and Social Media Strategist or similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+, and other social media best practices.
• Experience with SEO, PPC, Google Analytics, and CRM software.
• Excellent multitasking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
• Problem-solving aptitude.
