Peppermint is a robotics company based out of Pune (INDIA). Started in 2019 at SINE IIT Bombay, Peppermint Robotics has grown into a leader in commercial cleaning robots, industrial material handling robot and has its operations across 6 countries. Peppermint Robotics has teams based out of its offices in Pune (INDIA), Dubai (UAE) and Austin (USA) and is looking to add leaders and builders to its HQ team at Pune (INDIA)

Job Overview

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement for our industrial cleaning robot product lines. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution across multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
• Manage and optimize the company website for performance, SEO, UX, and lead conversion.
• Develop content strategies and work with designers, writers, and technical teams to create engaging content (blogs, videos, case studies, infographics, etc.) tailored to our industrial and B2B audience.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or equivalent platforms.
• Conduct keyword research and implement on-page/off-page SEO best practices.
• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence (LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.).
• Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with lead generation and conversion goals.
• Support product launches, trade shows, and virtual events through digital promotion strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, industrial automation technology, and competitor strategies.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B or industrial/technology sectors
• Proven experience with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Business Manager, HubSpot, etc.).
• Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and performance tracking tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
• Creative thinker with analytical skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

Education:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. Professional certifications in Digital Marketing will be preferred

Experience
• 3+ years of experience in a sales support, technical sales, or commercial operations role preferably in robotics, industrial automation, or capital equipment manufacturing.
• Experience supporting international sales teams or channel partners.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, particularly in manufacturing or engineering-based sales cycles.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
