Digital Marketing Specialist
Roles & Responsibilities
The individual is responsible for developing and executing the overall Marketing strategy for us.
JD includes:
• Responsible for designing and executing the Marketing strategies for (both Online and offline)
• Responsible for budgeting & executing all OTL and BTL activities
• Design and oversee all aspects of digital marketing (including social media, marketing database, email, and advertising etc.).
• Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
• Plan and manage our social media platforms through designated Social Media agency
• Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign's overall performance.
• Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
• Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
• Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
• Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
• Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
Required Skills & Qualification
• Deep understanding of both online and offline marketing
• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
• Assuring our standards in brand value & communication.
• 6- 10 years’ experience in marketing with a focus on Digital Marketing.
• Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.

Reporting to – Director Commercial
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
