Job Responsibilities-
• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
• Create and manage high-quality, engaging, and relevant content across various digital platforms, including blog posts, social media, email marketing, and more
• Conceptualize, shoot and design reels, posts, and stories highlighting the organization's culture
• Use data analytics tools to track and measure the performance of digital marketing efforts.
• Develop a comprehensive social media content calendar that includes key events, campaigns, and important dates.
• Manage online paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Linkedin Ads and other relevant channels.
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns targeting B2B clients, subject matter experts prospects
• Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
Qualifications
• Relevant 3-8 years of experience in digital marketing
• Proficiency in designing social media creatives
• Proficiency in running paid ads/campaigns across social media
• Have a good understanding of social media KPIs, web traffic metrics, analytics, graphic tools
• Has out of the box ideation skills
• Understanding of B2B social media
