Job Role: Digital Marketing Location: Hosur The Digital Marketing Specialist is a key member of the marketing team responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies to promote products, services, or the brand of the organization. This role focuses on leveraging various online platforms and channels to reach and engage with the target audience, driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the organization's online presence and engagement. By crafting effective digital marketing strategies, managing various digital channels, and analyzing performance data, you will contribute to the overall success of the marketing efforts and help the organization achieve its business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Digital Strategy Development: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing and business objectives. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify digital marketing opportunities and trends. Define target audience segments and create customer personas to tailor marketing efforts effectively. Website Management and Optimization: Oversee and optimize the organization's website to enhance user experience, SEO, and conversion rates. Monitor website analytics and performance to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. Content Marketing: Create compelling and relevant content for digital channels, including website, blog, social media, and email campaigns. Develop content calendars to ensure a consistent and timely delivery of content. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to improve search engine rankings. Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and visibility. Social Media Marketing: Manage and grow the organization's presence on various social media platforms. Create and schedule engaging social media content, monitor discussions, and respond to inquiries. Email Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and lead nurturing sequences. Monitor email performance metrics and make data-driven improvements. Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising: Develop and manage PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or other relevant channels. Monitor campaign performance, adjust bids, and optimize ad copy to maximize ROI. Analytics and Reporting: Use digital marketing analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign effectiveness. Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting insights and recommendations. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Identify opportunities to improve website and landing page conversions through A/B testing and optimization. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role. • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, best practices, and emerging trends. • Experience with SEO, content marketing, social media, email marketing, PPC, and other digital marketing channels. • Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and marketing automation platforms. • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc. • Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content and marketing campaigns. • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team Package: Negotiable based on the previous salary Interested candidates can share their resumes to hradmin.ho@sequel.co.in only if your profile meets the above requirements and should be willing to relocate to the work location
