DESCRIPTION We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence and drive business growth to the client. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and drive customer acquisition and retention. • Oversee all aspects of digital marketing campaigns, including planning, implementation, monitoring, optimization, and reporting. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as content creators, designers, and developers, to create and execute effective digital marketing campaigns. • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics and provide regular reports on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement. • Implement SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and drive targeted traffic to our website. • Manage and maintain the company as well as the client’s website, ensuring it is user-friendly, engaging, and optimized for conversions. • Utilize email marketing tools to develop and execute email campaigns that drive customer engagement and sales. • Develop and manage social media marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and engage with the target audience. • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and make recommendations for incorporating new techniques into our strategies. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment across all digital marketing channels. • Identify and evaluate emerging digital platforms and technologies for potential inclusion in our marketing mix. • Mentor and provide guidance to junior digital marketing team members, fostering their professional growth and development. QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. A relevant master’s degree is a plus. • Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist/Manager or a similar role, with a track record of successful digital marketing campaigns. • Strong knowledge and experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising. • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Search Console, SEMrush, AHREF, email marketing platforms, and content management apps. • Solid understanding of website analytics and SEO best practices. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
