About the role:
We are searching for a skilled paid search specialist to transform our paid search marketing campaigns. In this role, you will be required to set up and manage our paid search marketing and online advertising. You will also work with our digital marketing team to create campaigns that maximize online presence and conversions.
To ensure success as a paid search specialist, you should be experienced at designing, buying, and managing paid search marketing campaigns for businesses. A top-notch paid search specialist will be able to identify key demographic and geographic features of target audiences.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• You will work closely with the founders' office.
• Strategize and execute paid and organic campaigns
• Implementation, tracking, and optimization of Facebook & Linkedin, and other social media campaigns & Google ads campaigns for both performance and branding campaigns.
• Plan and manage the design, content, and production of all marketing materials with the designer.
• Good knowledge of tools like near tag manager, Google analytics G4, Google Play Console, Ahrefs etc.
• Customer Acquisition Structure ( Across all Digital Channels and Markets)
• Proposing new initiatives to attract prospects and convert leads, as well as experimenting with new methods to capture current demand
• Providing expertise and feedback to improve the efficacy of marketing activities (content development and optimization, advertising, etc.)
• Prepare & maintain progress reports of the projects and present them to the clients on a regular basis
• Monitoring and analysing web analytics and campaign performance.
• Defining campaign budgets, aligning campaign goals, and ensuring adherence to search optimisation principles.
• Ensuring a positive ROI on client spending and PPC ad campaigning.
• Identifying and presenting new avenues of paid advertising to clients.
• Utilising demand-side RTP platforms to promote adverts and campaigns.
Experience Required:
• A bachelor's degree in marketing, information technology, or digital marketing.
• Certification as a PPC specialist or paid search specialist is beneficial.
• At least 3 years of experience as a paid search marketer or in the paid search space.
• Thorough working knowledge of demand-side platforms.
• A detailed understanding of practically applying PPC marketing principles.
• Data and web metrics analytical skills.
• Collaborative mindset and a team player.
• Passionate about marketing and search marketing.
• Driven to achieve results and make an impact.
• Performance Marketing, Google Analytics, Display Advertising, Email Marketing, and Digital Strategy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
