Job Description
Responsible for Social Media, Email and Content Marketing for the company. Works directly and cohesively with founding team.
• Managing the social media marketing strategy for company and companys clients; focusing mainly on Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest. Minor upkeep of LinkedIn, Twitter or other relevant networks.
• Creating engaging social media campaigns and calls-to-action that drive target buyers to site and generate leads.
• Execution of all social media activities (i.e. posting, sharing, engaging, liking, increasing social reach, doing the heavy lifting, etc) for company. Spending hours on Facebook, Pinterest and Instagram every day engaging target audience by sharing compelling and relevant content, finding ways to grow Facebook, Pinterest and Instagram followership.
• At least 10 20 facebook/Instagram/pinterest posts a day while engaging influencers to increase the followership; receiving multiple mentions in the process.
• Implementing Social Media SEO tactics aligned with identified keyword and SEO strategies.
• Email marketing. Design and run creative email marketing campaigns leading to higher engagement and conversion rates.
• Content Marketing Champion. Writing (or getting written) and maintain official blog page and come up with at least 4 Blogs a month. Engage guest writers and websites and influencers to write about company, product range and categories, market trends etc.
• Make use of Marketing Automation tools (such as SALES Manago) and integrate Social Media Marketing, Email marketing based on Customer segmentation. Monitor and evaluate analysis, develop reports and recommend digital marketing strategy.
• Conduct analysis on customer segmentation, competitors including digital footprint analysis.
• Discover top content websites relevant to the business domain and target audience; and increase brands visibility on these websites; continually increase earned media footprint
• Additional Skills: Understanding of SEO, SEM and All Digital Paid Media Channels, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
