• Preferred application experience: Marketing and Social Media Marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Sendible, Buffer and Zoho Marketing Automation
Key responsibility areas:
• Ownership of content posting of marketing campaigns around Acies’ businesses and technology products across various social media platforms.
• Liaise with the Design Team and any outsourced service provider for digital marketing related dependencies
• Monitor and update Acies’ social media handles and business profiles (Google/ Bing etc).
• Co-ordinate with the Business Development and Acies’ business/ product leaders to understand the messaging for marketing, and define and execute digital marketing campaigns on social media platforms
• Design webpages with content and messaging using no-code tools such as Mobirise
• Update website artefacts using no-code tools such as Elfsight
• Monitor key online social media marketing metrics to track firm branding and campaign success.
• Monitor website performance and SEO related metrics for website optimization.
• Provide recommendations and drive the efforts for increasing and improving social media presence.
• Evaluate and recommend emerging platforms and technologies to further enhance Acies’ global digital marketing and social media activities.
• Co-ordinate with the Corporate Communications team with respect to any feedback/ opinions received from digital users requiring official interactions and statements to be conveyed on social media activities.
• Analyze website and social media analytics data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can be leveraged to optimize Acies' digital marketing strategies
• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with Acies' branding guidelines and targets the intended audience
• Analyze content performance and provide data-driven recommendations for improving content and conversion rates
Other important information:
• Work permit requirements: Either Indian Citizen or having valid work permit to work in India
• Period of engagement: Full-time position
• Probation period: 6 months
• Compensation: Compensation varies depending on the skill, fitment and role played by the person. Compensation discussions will take place post the selection process.
• Leave: 22 working days a year. Additional leaves for national holidays, sick leaves, maternity and paternity, bereavement and studies vary based on the city and country of engagement.

Selection process:
We seek to be transparent during the selection process. While the actual process may vary from the process indicated below, the key steps involved are as follows:
• Interview: There are expected to be at least 2 rounds of interviews. The number of interview rounds may increase depending on the criticality and seniority of the role involved.
• Final discussion on career and compensation: Post final selection, a separate discussion will be set up to discuss compensation and career growth. You are encouraged to seek any clarifications you have during this discussion.
