Full job description

RhythmQ is seeking a results-driven B2B Digital Marketing Specialist to help grow our brand, drive demand for our products and services, and strengthen engagement with our target audiences. This role is primarily focused on RhythmQ's internal marketing efforts - developing, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns that support our business development, sales pipeline, and brand visibility.

You'll take the lead in building and managing digital strategies across paid media, email marketing, content creation, SEO, and website optimization to drive conversions and qualified leads.

What You'll Be Doing

Campaign Strategy & Execution (40%)

Plan, execute, and optimize internal marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, Capterra, Meta, and email

Manage PPC budgets and adjust strategies to meet performance goals (conversions, CTR, CPL)

Build and test landing pages, write ad copy, and set up automated campaigns that align with business goals

Track and report on campaign performance using tools like GA4, LookerStudio, and HubSpot

Develop and support account-based marketing efforts targeting key organizations and sectors

Content & Creative (30%)

Write clear, engaging content for RhythmQ's blog, website, email campaigns, and social media

Collaborate with designers to develop on-brand visuals and marketing assets

Contribute to RhythmQ's thought leadership and positioning in target markets

Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all channels

Brand Building & Engagement (20%)

Grow RhythmQ's presence on platforms like LinkedIn and Twitter by managing organic and boosted content

Engage with industry conversations, amplify success stories, and highlight client work.

Build email and newsletter strategies that keep our audiences informed and engaged

Contribute to marketing efforts that support webinars, conferences, and thought leadership campaigns

Learning & Innovation (10%)

Work with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business development goals

Regularly review and improve processes, assets, and campaign tactics

Stay current on B2B marketing trends, tools, and techniques

Invest in your professional development - take a course, read a book, or test a new tool

What You Bring

3+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, with a focus on performance-driven growth

Expertise in running paid campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta

Strong writing skills for web, email, and social content

Experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM/marketing automation), Google Analytics (GA4), and LookerStudio

Comfortable installing and managing tracking pixels, SEO optimizations, and website edits

Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights

Proactive, creative, and detail-oriented with a passion for marketing
