The ideal candidate will possess a successful track record in executing digital marketing strategies, with a primary focus on PPC campaigns, web development, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads.
Key Responsibilities:
• Devise, implement, and optimize Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising campaigns to boost lead generation and conversions.
• Collaborate effectively with the web development team to enhance and maintain our website, ensuring seamless user experiences and robust SEO performance.
• Manage and oversee Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns, including budget allocation, keyword research, ad creation, and continuous optimization.
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of digital marketing efforts, providing valuable insights and recommendations for enhancement.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies to maintain our competitive edge.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with our business objectives.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics, showcasing the impact of digital marketing endeavors on the company's ROI.
• Continuously explore new digital marketing channels and opportunities to expand our online presence.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a specific focus on the real estate industry.
• A proven track record in managing PPC campaigns, web development projects, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform strategic decisions.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
