Position Overview:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist based in Mumbai who can work remotely to create and manage effective digital marketing strategies. The role offers the flexibility of work from home, but is open only to candidates residing in Mumbai. The compensation will be determined based on the scope of work agreed upon and the results delivered.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies to drive online visibility, engagement, and lead generation across various digital platforms (SEO, SEM, email, social media, content marketing, and paid campaigns).
Social Media Management:
Create, schedule, and manage posts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement with the target audience.
Content Marketing:
Collaborate with internal teams to develop high-quality, SEO-optimized content for blogs, email campaigns, and social media.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
Optimize website content and landing pages for search engines, implement link-building strategies, and ensure up-to-date SEO best practices.
Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Management:
Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media, with a focus on maximizing ROI.
Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze key metrics (traffic, conversions, engagement rates), provide regular performance reports, and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
Email Marketing:
Design and execute email campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and promote services or content.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with cross-functional teams (content creators, designers) to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and maintain brand consistency.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, HubSpot, and social media advertising platforms.
Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data for actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
