Digital Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote our real estate listings and brand.
Website Management: Manage and optimize our company website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
Content Creation: Create and curate high-quality content, including property listings, blog posts, videos, and infographics, to engage our audience and drive organic traffic.
Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Create and schedule posts, run ad campaigns, and engage with the online community.
Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote property listings, and provide valuable information to subscribers.
PPC Advertising: Create and manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads to drive targeted traffic and leads.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email marketing software, etc.).
Strong knowledge of Google Ads and social media management.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Real estate industry knowledge is a plus
