Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and passionate Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, optimize our online presence, and engage our target audience. Your expertise will play a critical role in driving traffic, generating leads, and expanding our customer base, ultimately contributing to the success of Vedicroots.co and the Anti-Cancer Project.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for Vedicroots.co and the Anti-Cancer Project, encompassing various channels such as search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), email marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, and influencer collaborations.
• Conduct thorough market research and analyze customer insights to identify trends, target audience preferences, and potential growth opportunities in the AYUSH/natural doctor consultation and herbal healthcare sectors.
• Optimize website content and structure to improve organic search rankings and drive relevant traffic to Vedicroots.co and the Anti-Cancer Project.
• Create and manage engaging and informative content across multiple digital channels, including social media platforms, blogs, newsletters, and email campaigns.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling visual assets, such as images, videos, and infographics, maintaining consistency with the brand's visual identity.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Provide regular reports and recommendations to improve performance and achieve business objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and healthcare industry developments. Implement innovative strategies and tools to stay ahead of the competition.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and benchmark our performance against industry standards.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, social media ads, and display advertising, to maximize return on investment (ROI) and reach target audience segments.
• Collaborate with external partners, such as influencers, bloggers, and industry experts, to expand our reach, drive brand awareness, and foster strategic partnerships.
• Leverage data analytics tools to gain insights into customer behavior, preferences, and conversion patterns. Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and improve user experience.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and product management, to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business goals and brand positioning.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a digital marketing specialist or similar role, preferably in the healthcare, AYUSH, or natural remedies industry.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Proficient in using marketing automation platforms, Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and content management systems (CMS).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making and optimize campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content across different digital platforms.
• Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing strategies that resonate with the target audience.
• Strong project management and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A self-starter with a proactive attitude and a passion for digital marketing and the AYUSH/natural healthcare industry.
• Familiarity with AYUSH practices, natural remedies, and cancer healing approaches is highly desirable, especially for the Anti-Cancer Project division.
