Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist with 3 to 5 years experience to join our team.
As a Digital Marketing Manager/Executive, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns to effectively reach and engage our target market in the B2C space.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute innovative strategies that drive user acquisition, brand awareness, and engagement with our mental wellness app.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and insights.
• Create, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights.
• Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and relevant content.
• Implement and optimize SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility.
• Utilize analytics tools and user data for targeted marketing campaigns.
• Stay uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and mental wellness.
• Work with external agencies and vendors, managing relationships and deliverables.
• Ensure marketing efforts comply with industry regulations and guidelines.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Executive in the B2C sector.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics.
• Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Knowledge of the mental wellness industry and passion for promoting mental health.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced startup environment.
