and As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online visibility and engagement. Your responsibilities will include:

Social Media Management:Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive organic growth.
Create and curate compelling content for various social media platforms.
Monitor and analyze social media performance, making data-driven improvements.

Paid Advertising Management:Plan, execute, and optimize online advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies for optimal ROI.
Collaborate with the junior marketing team to delegate tasks and ensure ad campaigns run smoothly.

SEO (Search Engine Optimization): Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to improve organic search rankings.
Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to enhance website visibility.
Regularly monitor website analytics and make data-driven SEO enhancements.

Team Collaboration: Mentor and guide junior digital marketing team members in executing tasks related to social media, advertising, and SEO.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment in branding and marketing efforts.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on social media management, ad campaigns, and SEO.
• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, advertising tools, and SEO best practices.
• Proficiency in web analytics and marketing software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• A creative and strategic mindset with the ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹25,000.23 - ₹45,000.42 per month
