Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to join our team, responsible for overseeing digital marketing strategies and campaigns for multiple clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of various digital marketing channels, including but not limited to, social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and digital advertising. The Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with clients to understand their objectives and develop effective digital marketing strategies tailored to their needs. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent communication and analytical skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies for multiple clients, aligning with their business objectives and target audience.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their brand voice, goals, and target audience, and ensure all digital marketing efforts are aligned accordingly.
• Create engaging and high-quality content for digital marketing campaigns, including social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and ad copy.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to clients, and making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, and propose innovative strategies to enhance client campaigns.
• Manage client relationships, including regular communication, meetings, and presentations to discuss campaign performance, strategy updates, and new opportunities.
• Work closely with internal teams, including designers, developers, and content creators, to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, managing digital marketing campaigns for multiple clients.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques, including social media platforms, email marketing software, SEO/SEM strategies, and digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting data to drive strategic decisions and campaign optimization.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and insights to clients and internal teams.
• Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and staying abreast of industry trends and innovations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience working with various industries and adapting digital marketing strategies to meet diverse client needs.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
• Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
