We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Performance Marketer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on driving growth through data-driven strategies and optimization. If you have a proven track record in managing successful campaigns, especially within the apparel and sports sectors, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and Execute Performance Marketing Strategies: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across various digital platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels.
• Campaign Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of PPC campaigns, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and performance analysis.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement. Generate comprehensive reports to communicate performance metrics to stakeholders.
• Budget Management: Allocate and manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI, ensuring that campaigns are cost-efficient and aligned with business goals.
• Optimization and Testing: Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative variations to enhance performance and achieve KPIs.
• Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor strategies, and market changes to keep campaigns relevant and effective.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and product managers, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Industry Experience: Prior experience in performance marketing within the apparel and sports sectors is highly preferred.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other related tools.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable strategies.
• Creative Problem Solving: Innovative approach to overcoming challenges and optimizing campaign performance.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on paid search, social media advertising, and display advertising.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant platforms are a plus.'
Proven Track Record:
Demonstrated success in driving growth and achieving high ROI through performance marketing strategies.
Tools Knowledge: Proficient in using Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital marketing tools.
