About The Role
This digital marketing role sits within the demand & revenue marketing team. Paid media is a key mix in the Darwinbox marketing context and you’ll plan & execute with the objectives of Brand Awareness, Demand Generation, Sales Acceleration, Market Scoping & Employer Branding.

The Impact You Will Create In The Job
Budget Ownership – With a 6-digit annual advertising budget; you’ll own, distribute, optimize and report campaign budgets across all campaigns.

Platform Ownership – We need to be where our audience is. You’ll have complete ownership of our validated paid marketing platforms – LinkedIn, Facebook & Google. While you work towards making the most of the existing platforms, you’ll also be expected to experiment with newer channels – Bing, Yahoo, Quora, Viber, Software Discovery platforms, Account Based Advertising platforms etc. Essentially wherever there is a PPC/PPL angle, you’ll be the one called for.

Regional Context – We are NOT a US facing SaaS company and it goes without saying that the tricks of the trade in US may not work in our target geographies. You’re expected to strategies & execute campaigns across India, Southeast Asia & Middle East.

Optimization & Testing: While we’re a billion-dollar business, our roots are still humble, and we don’t believe in letting a single $ go to waste. You’ll ensure continuous optimization through detailed analytics & rigorous testing at a platform level. But testing does not stop here. Improving user experience on landing pages, driving the message home with relevant copy & creative are some of the places where you need to always be testing!

Key Metrics: Data is our guiding principle for making decisions and your performance measurement will be completely data-driven. % Impression share, CTR, Landing page conversion %, #SQLs & Opportunities, Revenue, Cost per SQL & Opportunity, CAC will be the metrics you will be measured against.

Continuous Learning – We like to stay ahead of the curve, and that requires constant education & upskilling. While Darwinbox will enable all that is required for you to grow, there is no learning without you taking initiative. You should be on top of platform updates, be in touch with other marketeers & communities to learn best practices and newer ways of doing things.

Who Should Apply?
• 1 -4 years in B2B SaaS marketing with a focus on driving paid marketing.
• You should have managed at least $ 75,000 of annual paid marketing budgets spread across multiple channels & platforms.
• You must have worked on Google & LinkedIn ad platforms. While other platform knowledge is good to have, these 2 are a must have!
• You execute like an advertiser; but think like a Marketeer. You don’t stop your analysis at the conversion level on an ad platform but go ahead to investigate revenue metrics.
• You resonate when we say execution eats planning for breakfast. While you are an adept planner, you do not fall into the trap of analysis-paralysis.
• You should be comfortable in acting with less controlled variables with the larger picture in mind.
• You are excited to learn and have the willingness to move across other digital channels as needed
• You obsess about data, technology, reporting, and attribution.
