Required Candidate profile
Orion Digital is hiring for a Digital Marketing Specialist and Senior Digital Marketing Executives
The Candidates should have a data-driven approach to make informed decisions while optimizing campaigns and improving effectiveness in all paid media channels
Strategize and own the entire paid marketing strategy to acquire users through multiple paid channels in an optimized manner
Tracking efficiencies of the marketing spend across channels including Facebook
campaigns, Google UAC campaigns, ad networks, and social media campaigns
Be experimental in exploring new channels to drive traffic and acquisition which includes performance marketing through FB/AdWords.
Report on marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, website traffic, and social media engagements.
Requirement:
• Minimum 1-3 years of work experience is a must in Digital Marketing .
• Expertise in analytics (MS Excel) and working on platforms like Google Analytics, FB Ads manager, etc.
• In-depth understanding of SEM campaign strategies.
• Develop and Strategize Content for Social Media Platforms.
• Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
•Define most important social media KPIs
•Must be able to Create, Manage and oversee social media content
•Measure the success of every social media campaign
•Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
•Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer
•Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
•Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
•Good understanding of social media KPIs
