Job Title: Digital Marketing & Communications Specialist
Location: SAF International - Canada (Remote position for candidates based in India)
Salary Range: ₹30,000 - ₹37,000 per month
Work Schedule: 5 days a week, + hours per day (3:00 PM - 12:00 AM IST)

Job Description:
SAF International is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing & Communications Specialist to join our team. This remote position is open to candidates based in India and offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in the nonprofit sector.
Priority: Priority will be given to candidates who can speak and write in the Panjabi language or those born in Panjab.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Handling:
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with organizational goals and target audience preferences.
Create and manage a dynamic editorial calendar, incorporating seasonal trends and key events to keep content fresh and relevant.
Ideate, write, and post engaging and visually appealing organic and paid messages on various social media platforms, including emerging platforms like Instagram Reels.
Set up and run highly targeted ad campaigns on platforms like YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter.
Continuously optimize ad campaigns by A/B testing different ad creatives, targeting options, and bidding strategies to maximize results and ROI.
Foster digital advocacy and social outreach by nurturing a community of brand ambassadors and advocates who support the organization's mission.
Develop and maintain a cohesive and integrated social media plan that not only engages stakeholders but also drives meaningful engagement and conversations.
Implement advanced tracking tools and analytics to measure strategic metrics, conduct in-depth audience segmentation, and gain valuable insights into campaign performance.
Regularly review and optimize ad copy and design to ensure they resonate with the audience and align with current trends and best practices.
Stay ahead of emerging trends and technologies in the digital marketing landscape to design and execute cutting-edge cross-platform social media campaigns.
