Maximus is looking for an enthusiastic Limited Service Remote Recruitment Digital Advertising Specialist ( with the opportunity to become regular fulltime in 2026 ) to join our ambitious Talent Acquisition Marketing team and help us drive top talent to our company via modern & innovative recruitment marketing strategies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement a talent acquisition marketing and employer branding strategy to attract high-quality applicants.
- Responsible for developing and deploying integrated marketing campaigns including; crafting strategies, developing audience segments, building email nurtures, and measuring results.
- Create and implement strategies for building a talent network/talent community.
- Coordinate and advertise promote recruiting events.
- Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like virtual and on-site career fairs or on-campus recruiting events.
- Generate monthly updates for organization's leadership about on upcoming talent acquisition marketing initiatives.
- Create monthly reports on key talent acquisition marketing metrics.
- Suggest new ideas for improving candidate experience and engagement.
- Research marketing and advertising trends in the recruiting industry.
Additional Duties and Requirements:
Assist in day-to-day marketing and advertising efforts, strategies, and reporting

Home Office Requirements:
This position is fully remote and will require a home office.
-Reliable high-speed internet service
-Minimum 25 Mpbs download speeds/50 Mpbs for shared internet connectivity
-Minimum 5 Mpbs upload speeds
This is a limited service position created to accommodate a specific business need. This Limited-Service hire will be a Maximus employee who will receive full benefits, but for a limited period of time that does not have a defined end date. There may be a possibility to become a regular full-time hire based on business need and individual performance.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree.
-Strong multi-tasking skills
-Strong communication skills
-Marketing background skills preferred
-Digital Advertising experience preferred
-Social media and/or creating and managing a digital advertising campaign preferred
-Experience with SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing) preferred
-2 years of Digital Advertising experience preferred
