The Assistant Manager - Digital Marketing role at redBus is a key position that requires an individual with strong campaign and budget management skills.

Core Responsibilities:

Strategic Campaign Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive user acquisition for the redBus app, focusing on growth while maintaining optimal cost efficiency.

Google Ads Optimization: Take ownership of the Google Ads platform, including campaign setup, ad creation, daily optimization, and budget management for web and app campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and maximum ROI.

Campaign Performance Analysis: Drive SEM/UAC campaigns to meet and exceed key performance goals such as Conversions, Cost per Conversion, and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), leveraging advanced data analysis and insights for continuous scaling and improvement.

Keyword Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough keyword research using best practices and tools to maximize ad relevance and reach, thereby enhancing overall campaign efficiency.

Collaborative Teamwork: Foster close collaboration with teams across supply, product, and brand to ensure alignment between paid media efforts and broader business objectives, driving collective growth and success.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: 3-6 years in campaign and budget management, preferably within high-growth e-commerce environments or digital marketing agencies.

Key Skills:

Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Google Ads & Google Analytics, with a solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and the search marketing landscape.

Analytical Mindset: Demonstrated ability to analyze data and extract actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.

Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear conveyance of insights and effective collaboration across teams.

Accountability & Ownership: A high sense of responsibility and ownership for driving growth across digital marketing projects.
