Roles & Responsibilities : · Their primary role is to effectively communicate the brand's identity, values, and product offering to the clients. · Working closely with the D2C execution team (Internal) in resolving issues pertaining to the accounts that improve the effectiveness of their Marketing campaign. · Responding to client queries (Account updates, Billing Inquiries, or General complaints) in an effective manner, via Phone calls, Emails, and Chats within the time limits and following up to ensure resolution whenever required. · Liaise between clients and internal teams (Marketing/ Accounts) to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions pertaining to our client's needs. · Creating compelling and visually appealing presentations for client meetings · Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions · Scope Out Work: Helping to scope out new client engagements pre-sale · Onboarding: Onboarding new clients · Client Calls: Holding regular calls with clients to finalize monthly deliverables and review work completed · Client Reporting: Monitoring, reporting, and presenting client performance data to ensure business goals are achieved · Project Management: Managing projects to ensure deliverables are completed on time and to the right standards · Upselling: Identifying and pitching new services to existing clients · Renewals: Client renewals and upselling · Billing: Handling billing and collections Requirements : · Graduate with 1-3 years of experience in an Advertising agency · Work experience in client handling roles, preferably Indian / International clients via phone calls · Basic knowledge in digital marketing is a plus. · Passionate about client service with a knack for soft skills and telephone etiquette. · Clear, concise, and effective written and oral communication. · Growth mindset, and is excited to learn new things. · Creative, enthusiastic, and energetic with great interpersonal skills and should be able to present ideas with conviction. · Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment with spontaneity. · Should be able to approach problems logically and rationally to help with the clarity of decision-making. · Open to travel for the client meetings
