Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Director to join our team at 7-Eleven Corporation. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading customer-facing initiatives and developing mutual success plans.
Key Responsibilities
Lead customer-facing initiatives to develop and execute engagement strategies
Maintain accountability for customer health and measurable impact throughout the customer lifecycle
Foster strong relationships within accounts to facilitate execution of client's strategy and roadmap
Drive product adoption by leveraging data insights and tracking customer progress
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of Customer Success experience in the Tech Industry, particularly in Software as a Service or Digital Marketing
Familiarity with telecommunications (Telco) is highly preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of navigating conflicts and building partnerships
