Job Description: The Activation Specialist will play a crucial role in driving business growth through tactical execution and optimization of paid media activities. This position requires strong foundational knowledge and experience across multiple areas, including modern search, analytics, and data-driven approaches.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance campaign performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvements and innovation
Utilize analytical skills and tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush to inform data-driven decisions
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years' experience in performance marketing, managing budgets $3k - $20k+ per month
Working knowledge of the Google Marketing Platform, including Search Ads 360 (SA360), Display & Video 360 (DV360), and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush
Solid communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-team collaboration
A creative and results-oriented mindset, with a track record of tackling marketing challenges successfully
