We are currently partnering with a leading international consumer goods company in the search for a Digital Marketing Strategy Director. This is a permanent role based in London.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with overall business goals.
• Oversee planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across key channels including social media, search engines, email, and display advertising.
• Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Establish goals, monitor KPIs, and refine strategies to optimize performance and ROI.
• Work closely with product, sales, and creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and technologies to continuously enhance the effectiveness of digital campaigns.
• Oversee the digital marketing budget to maximize impact.
What we're looking For?
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• Extensive experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of leading successful campaigns in the consumer goods sector.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms including Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, CRM systems, and social media management tools.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing strategies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for consumer goods and a deep understanding of the market.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to manage the day-to-day execution of digital marketing initiatives.
