Position Title: Digital Marketing Support Specialist

Description: Job Description
• Manage website content in multiple content management systems, including Sitecore and WordPress. This includes adding, updating, and scheduling the publishing of website content.
• Project manage all global translation projects using DeepL translation services.
• Use Google Analytics to analyze website traffic data and create custom reports.
• Create and troubleshoot marketing email and static landing page templates in Pardot using HTML, CSS, and responsive web design best practices.
• Own the day-to-day updates of a blog using the WordPress content management system.
• Use SEO best practices to format content for better SEO performance.
• Manage smaller digital projects using the Wrike project management platform.
• Make edits to images in Adobe Photoshop to prepare and optimize them for web use.
• Assist in social media metric analysis.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in using at least one popular CMS platform, such as Sitecore, WordPress, Drupal or Joomla.
• Proficiency in website content creation, editing, and publishing processes.
• Proficiency with HTML and CSS for designing and coding responsive web pages and marketing email templates.
• General understanding of SEO principles to optimize content for search engines.
• Proficiency with web design principles and user experience (UX) best practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to landing pages and email templates built with HTML and CSS.
• Experience using Google Analytics to track and report on website performance.
• Strong analytical skills to assess and troubleshoot various technical issues as they arise.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with marketing, design, and development teams.
• Attention to detail to ensure content accuracy and consistency.
• Ability to work on multiple simultaneous projects and deadlines effectively.
Nice To have
• Experience using an IDE for code editing, such as Microsoft Visual Studio Code
• General proficiency with Adobe Photoshop
• General proficiency with Adobe Illustrator
• Experience with email marketing platforms like Pardot, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or Campaign Monitor.
• Experience managing website hosting in WP Engine, for example, creating backups, adding redirect rules, editing domains, etc.
• Ability to identify trends and patterns in data and make data-driven decisions.
