Job Title: Digital Marketing - Team Lead
Experience Required: 5–7 years
Reporting To: CEO
Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Professional with 3–5 years of experience to lead and execute our online marketing efforts. You will be responsible for strategizing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, PPC, email, social media, content, and affiliate marketing)
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and paid search copy to improve conversion rates
• Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), and other PPC campaigns with regular performance analysis
• Perform keyword research, SEO audits, and website performance tracking using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs
• Develop social media strategies and content plans aligned with marketing goals
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar
• Monitor digital trends, evaluate new technologies, and keep the brand at the forefront of industry developments
• Coordinate with designers, content writers, and external agencies to deliver campaign assets
• Analyze digital marketing performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvements for future campaigns
• Support lead generation and conversion initiatives in collaboration with the sales team
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
• Proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media platforms
• Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Mailchimp, Canva, etc.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
