About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Team Lead to join our team at Gallagher. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and success.
Job Description

The Digital Marketing Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of the digital marketing team, ensuring seamless execution of projects and initiatives. This includes:
• Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve business objectives
• Leveraging expertise in digital marketing tools and technologies to drive results
• Mentoring and guiding team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned goals and objectives
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
• At least 8 years of experience in digital marketing, with 4+ years of team leadership experience
• Proven track record of delivering results-driven campaigns and strategies
• Expertise in digital marketing tools, including content management systems, automation/CRM (Salesforce), web analytics, and social media systems
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
What We Offer

Gallagher offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package. Our inclusive and diverse work environment values individual contributions and fosters growth opportunities.
