Role - Implementation Consultant.
Position Summary:
With our eyes set on the future, we are looking for an energetic, outcome-oriented Tech Implementation Consultant with basic tech knowledge to join our team of experts in Bangalore. As an Implementation Consultant, you will be working with one of the worlds largest Search Engine companies to support their clients and get more value from using them.
Please Note:- Should Be comfortable with Work From Office.
Mandatory Skills: Must have, - Basic CMS proficiency - Basic digital marketing & Online advertising - Basic JavaScript and HTML elements - ECommerce tracking, Excellent Communication.
Key Responsibilities & What will you need to succeed in this role?-
Assist advertisers in code implementation/campaign setup
Generate codes with the click of a button and use them appropriately
- Display expertise through an understanding of products and processes
- Escalate problems/issues to the Supervisor / Technical Experts when warranted -
Meet the Implementation Rate, CSAT, QA and other key performance metrics -
Exceptional written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask & Collaborate
- Customer centricity - Ability to multitask effectively -
Business Acumen - Ownership & Accountability -
Basic CMS proficiency - Basic digital marketing & Online advertising - Basic JavaScript and HTML elements - ECommerce tracking
Qualifications:-
0-5 years of overall relevant experience Degree in bachelor's degree or similar education in computer science, IT or a related field
- Skilled using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)or G Suite (Sheets, Docs and Slides), Web-development course, Digital marketing course etc. - Candidates should be flexible with rostered day offs and working in shifts as per demand fluctuations in the business.
Should be Flexible with any shift.
