This position requires one to work in the permanent shift between 6:00 PM and 3:00 AM IST, Monday through Friday.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Create eye-catching and relevant designs for online media while meeting deadlines and maintaining brand consistency, develop and maintain style guides.
• Work on all aspects of image production, including photo usage, photo style, color accuracy, retouching, and the addition of details.
• Ensures that all creative and technical work is reviewed for accuracy prior to approval.
• Conduct research on the uniform and retail industry and brand leaders; keep abreast of eCommerce best practices.
• Monitor, manage, and communicate all resource and time requirements.
• Collaborate with marketing, Art Directors, Production teams, Photography, and the Creative Director to develop designs and images that reflect business needs.
• Execute the assigned special projects in a timely manner.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
• Good written and oral English proficiency.
• Capability to multitask and meet stringent deadlines under pressure.
• Exceptional attention to detail and exposure to project management.
• This position requires the use of a computer and the capacity to distinguish between colors and fine details.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
• 03 to 05 years of practical experience or proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• 03 to 05 years of exposure to Video Editing skill.
REQUIRED SKILLS
• Advanced exposure to Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premier
• Intermediate exposure to Workfront or related project management tools, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), and Adobe Light Room.
DESIRED QUALIFICATION
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design/Web Design/Fine Arts disciplines or equivalent practical experience.
