Job Description:
We are seeking a driven and experienced Ad Sales Manager to join our growing digital advertising team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving revenue through direct brand partnerships and media agencies, pitching performance-based and branding campaigns across web, mobile, and digital OOH platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Pitch and sell digital ad formats (CPM, CPC, CPI, CPR) across multiple platforms
• Build and manage relationships with brands and media agencies
• Understand client objectives and collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions
• Drive new business development and identify strategic opportunities
• Attend client meetings, events, and industry forums for networking and lead generation
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and deliver accurate revenue forecasts
• Collaborate with campaign delivery and media planning teams to ensure successful executionRequirements:
• 2+ years of experience in digital advertising, media sales, or AdTech
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts
• Strong understanding of digital campaign +metrics and buying models (CPM, CPC, etc.)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Experience working with brands, media agencies, or in an OOH/digital ecosystem is a plus
