Overview
We are seeking an experienced Digital Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective online media strategies that drive results for our customers, often through highly targeted campaigns to drive traffic to our clients' online assets. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing trends and have experience in display ads (DV360, StackAdapt, etc), social platforms (Meta, LinkedIn), analytics, and community management.
Duties
Develop and execute media strategies across various platforms including DV360, StackAdapt, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn to promote engagement for our clients
Create custom audiences based on industry leading data available to us through our existing partnerships
Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities
Analyze performance metrics using a variety of tools to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Work collaboratively with Agency and Client partners to coordinate program deployment and monitor results
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
Experience
Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry
Familiarity with digital media DSPs
Project management /coordination experience in marketing is an asset
Familiarity with SEO principles and practices to enhance online visibility.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript is a plus for optimizing content presentation.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from various sources to inform decision-making.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
