We're looking for an experienced Associate Account Director to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for conceiving, delivering, and measuring the impact of advertising campaigns across various industries. You'll work closely with our media management organization to manage and mentor our media staff, collaborate with platform partners, and participate in new business pitches.
About the Ideal Candidate
We're seeking someone with a deep understanding of ROI-focused digital media campaigns and a keen interest in how macro trends influence the digital media landscape. You should have a broad understanding of other forms of marketing, including PR, social, email, and SMS. Additionally, you should be able to create clarity around complex topics and possess great presence and presentation skills.
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience managing large paid media accounts;
Strong analytical skills and technical competency using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements;
Experience mentoring staff;
Bachelor's Degree.
