Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and tech-savvy Digital Operations Executive to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing the digital operations of our center, ensuring smooth and efficient handling of all computer-related tasks. The ideal candidate will be proficient in social media management, digital communication, video content creation, and medical reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Social Media Management:
Create, manage, and monitor social media content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
Engage with followers, respond to comments, and grow our social media presence.
Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility.
2.Client Communication:
Send WhatsApp messages to clients regarding appointments, test results, and other relevant information.
Manage email communication and follow-ups with clients.
3.Video Content Creation:
Create and edit videos for marketing purposes, including promotional videos, educational content, and client testimonials.
Coordinate video shoots, ensuring high-quality production.
4.Billing and Invoicing:
Handle the billing process, generate invoices, and manage payment records.
Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of invoices to clients.
5. Ultrasound Reporting:
Assist in the preparation of ultrasound reports, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
Coordinate with radiologists to ensure timely reporting.
6.Pathology Reporting:
Assist in preparing pathology reports and ensure they are delivered to clients promptly.
Maintain accurate records of all pathology tests and reports.
7.General Administrative Tasks:
Assist with data entry, document management, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Ensure all computer systems and software are functioning correctly.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in social media
management, video editing, and client
communication.
• Proficiency in using video editing software
(e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
• Basic knowledge of medical reporting
(ultrasound and pathology) is an advantage.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office
Suite.
• Excellent communication and
organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time
effectively.
