Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Paid Media Specialist to support the planning, execution, and optimization of performance-driven digital advertising efforts across multiple channels. This is an ideal role for a strategic, hands-on marketer who can both execute campaigns and guide overall paid media direction using data, best practices, and emerging platform trends.
The Paid Media Specialist will play a key role in shaping brand-aligned paid acquisition efforts, ensuring campaigns are efficient, scalable, and insight-led.
Key Responsibilities
Strategize, create, and implement brand-based paid campaigns, balancing performance objectives with brand lift and awareness.
Partner with internal teams to align paid media strategy with broader brand positioning, messaging, and growth goals.
Plan, build, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Paid Social platforms (e.g., Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
Leverage Reddit Ads strategically, including audience targeting, creative testing, and community-aware media execution.
Design and execute testing frameworks for creative, audience segments, placements, and funnel stages.
Own campaign performance monitoring, pacing, and optimization to define and meet KPIs.
Pull, analyze, and interpret performance data from ad platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
Support attribution and funnel analysis through CRM tracking and lifecycle data, ensuring paid efforts connect to downstream performance.
Guide paid media efforts using industry best practices while staying on the leading edge of platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging ad formats.
Develop clear performance reports and narratives that translate data into strategic guidance for stakeholders.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure paid media integrates smoothly with lifecycle, organic, and product-led growth initiatives.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across Google Ads and paid social platforms.
Experience developing full-funnel paid media strategies, from awareness through conversion and retention.
Knowledge of Reddit Ads, including platform nuances, targeting strategies, and performance considerations.
Advanced analytical skills with the ability to pull raw data, identify trends, and make data-backed recommendations.
Experience working with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, platform-native reporting, or similar tools).
Ability to think strategically while remaining execution-focused in a fast-moving environment.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain performance, insights, and next steps.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with CRM-based tracking and reporting, connecting paid media efforts to downstream user behavior and revenue.
Familiarity with Klaviyo and lifecycle marketing platforms, particularly in relation to acquisition and retention insights.
Experience supporting or collaborating on experimentation, growth, or product-led marketing initiatives.

Pay: $47,609.64 - $120,000.00 per year
