Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Performance Marketing Manager located in Greater Kailash 2, New Delhi. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing performance marketing strategies, managing digital advertising campaigns, analyzing data to optimize marketing performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
Responsibilities
1. Develop, execute and manage digital marketing campaigns across website, social media and email platforms (Meta, Google, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Mailchimp) to generate qualified leads for business development teams while adhering to budgets
2. Generate monthly reports on marketing campaign performance. Person needs to provide intelligent insight in weekly meeting about strategy and to use data most effectively.
3. Updating website as per Google page insights
4. Ensuring site performance
5. Google Analytics monitoring and report generating
6. E-marketplaces management including Amazon and own online shop
7. Shopify website core update, plugins update and theme update
8. Link Monitoring
+. Malware Scan and removal of malware, spam and malicious code.
10. Cache Management and Monitoring
11. Offline Backup of the website - On your hardware/storage.
12. Cloud Backup (Fortnight) of the website.
13. Database backup on cloud
14. Recovery of website files from backups.
15. 404 error check
16. Updating product pages & cosmetic customization of pages.
17. Adding new features/plugins
18. Uptime monitoring and Regular security scans
1+. Data-based digital marketing consultation
20. Migration of website to another hosting
21. Devise & Implement strategies to drive online traffic to Ecoware website via SEO
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field required
2. At least 5 years’ experience in B2C digital operations and marketing
3. Proven track record of successful social media metrics for past employees/clients
4. Excellent grasp of social media and website metrics and best practices
5. Demonstrable experience with email marketing, lead generation and SEO
6. Self-starter and ability to work independently
7. Take ownership of all tasks and be accountable for the same
8. Clear, concise and transparent communication skills
