Duties
Prepare digital files for printing by performing pre-press tasks such as layout design, color management, and proofing using industry-standard software like Adobe Creative Suite.
Operate and maintain digital presses, flexo presses, and CNC machinery to produce high-quality print outputs efficiently.
Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process to ensure color consistency, sharp typography, and accurate layout reproduction.
Manage screen printing processes for specialty applications, ensuring precise registration and vibrant color application.
Troubleshoot technical issues with printing equipment and perform routine maintenance to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with graphic designers and production teams to optimize print layouts and resolve design or technical challenges.
Utilize forklift and machining skills when handling raw materials or finished products within the manufacturing environment.
Skills
Strong knowledge of prepress processes including file preparation, layout design, and color management techniques.
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Experience operating digital presses, flexo presses, CNC machines, and screen printing equipment.
Understanding of typography principles and print advertising standards to ensure clarity and visual impact.
Ability to perform quality control inspections with attention to detail for color accuracy and print consistency.
Familiarity with manufacturing safety protocols, forklift operation, and basic machining skills.
