Job Description
· Understand the digital journey & integration of the products within journey.
· Identify the areas where the solution can be improvised by automation or through STP.
· Enhance product features which will cater the more user journeys
· Involve in UAT testing, arranging sign off from stakeholders and co-ordinate for production roll out.
· Sandbox testing of new platform
· Finalise the scope of business w.r.t to digital platform integration. · Prepare process note for stakeholder sign off and upload in iDreams.
· Prepare Concept note for all new product, regulatory requirements.
· Discuss the business requirement with BTG & finalizing the approach, timeliness of implementation.
· Need to create workflow diagram & prototype of user journey.
· Comparing the solutions that are available with competitors. · Evolving the offer of a product basis the other competitor’s product solution
· Should have background, skills of Digital platforms, solutions & integration with backend applications for different use cases .
Experience Required
· Minimum 5-7 years of Digital Experience with Banking and Financial Services Industry (BFSI) which
includes 2-3 years’ experience in Digital developments.
· Have a background on the digital platforms that are available and can be applied for different use cases
within bank.
· Well verse with SDLC process
