We are looking for a Digital Producer with a deep passion for and understanding of spiritual and healing practices. This is an opportunity to work with a global client operating at the intersection of universal spirituality and contemporary healing—transcending individual faiths to serve seekers from diverse belief systems.
Who You Are:
• You're someone who actively follows, reads about, and is genuinely curious about spirituality, mindfulness, and modern healing modalities.
• You have an innate sensitivity and empathy toward different spiritual paths and can intuitively communicate with both devoted followers and spiritually curious audiences.
• You're fluent in English with impeccable writing and storytelling skills tailored for a highly discerning global audience.
• You're well-versed in the digital and social media ecosystem—especially YouTube, Instagram, and Snapchat—and understand how to create content that resonates and grows organically.
What You’ll Do:
• Manage and grow the client's digital presence across platforms including YouTube and social media.
• Craft nuanced, authentic, and engaging content that reflects the client's unique position in the spiritual-healing space.
• Strategically program content to cater to both Western and global audiences, aligned with US and European time zones.
• Work cross-functionally with creative, editorial, and strategic teams to ensure the brand voice and vision are consistently delivered.
Ideal Background:
• Strong storytelling and content production experience.
• Passion for or prior experience working in the wellness, spirituality, or healing sectors.
• Deep understanding of global digital content trends, especially in spiritual and self-help niches.
• Comfortable working with flexibility across time zones and teams.
