Job Roles & Responsibilities:
To lead the integration and management of our digital products with our banking partners, we are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Digital Product Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital product management, experience in the life insurance industry, and a thorough understanding of bank partner integration processes.
Product Strategy and Roadmap
• Identify and rank the product roadmap in order to satisfy consumer demands and corporate goals.
• Create and execute the digital product strategy for integrating life insurance products with bank partners.
Stakeholder Management
• Work closely with bank partners to comprehend their needs, difficulties, and possibilities.
• To guarantee alignment and successful product delivery, cultivate strong connections with internal stakeholders, such as the sales, marketing, IT, and operations teams.
Integration Management:
Lead the process of integrating digital products with the platforms and systems of bank partners from beginning to end.
Ensure that integration procedures, such as data mapping, API creation, and system interoperability, are simple and effective.
Product Development
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences that meet regulatory and compliance standards.
• Manage the creation, implementation, and testing of digital insurance solutions suited for bank partner channels.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary groups to provide superior digital experiences that adhere to legal and ethical requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
4+ years of experience in digital product management, preferably within the life insurance or financial services industry.
Proven track record of managing successful digital product integrations with bank partners.
Strong understanding of life insurance products and services.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of API development and system integration.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the insurance and banking sectors.
Proficiency in digital analytics tools and customer feedback platforms.
